Team members from Ontario, Indiana and Michigan have been recording vocalizations at an active field research site in northern Michigan for several years.
Recordings of this quality and variety have never before been made public, to our knowledge.
Ontario Sasquatch
is a private group of independent researchers who are investigating the existence of sasquatch or bigfoot in Ontario. We believe that if sasquatch exists, it is a flesh and blood animal that is well adapted to its habitat.
And we're here to help. If you have had a sighting or encounter with an upright bipedal creature that you think could have been a sasquatch or bigfoot, visit our Report a Sighting page. We will always respect your right to privacy. And we will treat the information you give us with the strictest of confidence.
At Ontario Sasquatch, our goal is to conduct thorough investigations. We strive to use the highest standards of evidence collection. We will make every attempt to contact you in a timely fashion and do an on-site investigation.

A Call For Investigators
We're looking for more field investigators for Ontario.
We need people to cover northern areas of the province in particular.
If you're interested, let us know by filling out our "Contact Us" form.
It would be helpful (but not a strict requirement) if you have tracking skills, wildlife knowledge, or other outdoor experience, such as camping or hunting. Interviewing skills are also an asset, but this is not a prerequisite for membership.
However, a healthy skepticism is necessary.
We hope to hear from you and will seriously consider
your application.

Attention!!
If you have submitted a sighting report to another investigation group outside of Ontario, we welcome you to re-submit your sighting to Ontario Sasquatch. Our investigators can make a site visit and meet with you personally to talk about your encounter. We don't want to take reports away from other organizations ... but we're trying to build a picture of what is occuring in this province. The only way we can do that is to talk with you and listen to you.
We also have a resident artist who can do a sketch, if you've had a close up sighting.

It's estimated that there are now as many as 500 cougars believed to inhabit Ontario. Be wary when in the woods ...
